Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that there is a cancellation fee if you do not give us 48 hour notice of needing to cancel, or you do not show up for your appointment. A complete copy of our cancellation policy will be sent to you along with your patient intake documents.

Scheduling Note
Westlake Medical Arts does not accept insurance and we have opted out of Medicare. A valid credit card is necessary to book an appointment with one of our providers. Our office will contact you after receiving notice of a new appointment to collect your payment information.
Westlake Medical Arts is located in the Westlake Medical Center complex at the corner of Hwy 360 and Bee Caves Road in Westlake.
