Nichole Wolf, FNP-C
Nichole is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. She earned her Master’s in the Science of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked in diverse settings, including the emergency room and trauma ICU, and has also served as an investigator for the Department of Aging and Disability. Additionally, she has experience in home health, providing care for clients needing IV treatments, wound care, medical assessments, and post-operative orthopedic care.
Nichole specializes in functional and integrative medicine and is currently working on her certifications in functional medicine and hyperbaric medicine. She practices with a compassionate, holistic approach to health and wellness, committed to uncovering the root causes of health issues. By blending traditional healthcare with alternative treatments, she delivers comprehensive, personalized care.
Nichole has been married for over 17 years to her supportive husband, James, and they have two wonderful teens, Maddy and Lincoln, along with their rescue dog, Vinny (short for Vince Lombardi). In her free time, she enjoys connecting with nature through hiking and beach outings, enjoying live music, exploring new restaurants, and petting every dog she meets.
Nichole is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
